Microsoft Excel

Some of the PMA reports are also created in a format that can easily be imported in Microsoft Excel.  These reports are

Client Demographics Report which lists various info about clients for the purpose of obtaining grants. Patient Facesheet field Misc 1 is assumed to contain income, Misc 2 to contain number of people in household and Misc 3 to contain the disability of the client.

Credits Report #1 shows one line per patient with the amounts of each type of credit.

Credits Report #2 is like #1 except that the user can choose to report on only one code.

Diagnosis Codes Usage Report analyzes the diagnosis of the clients using the diagnosis codes listed on the patient's facesheet.

Misc Fields (User Designed) Report allows you to make use of the five Misc fields on the Patient's Facesheet and produce a report according to your predefined template.

In addition to be printed or displayed on the screen, these reports are also stored in a file named C:\EXCEL.TXT for importing into Microsoft Excel using the Import External Data feature with the Text Import Wizard.
