PMA Update
PMA is constantly evolving as our users give us feed back and request modifications to support the way that they would like the program to work. The program also is evolving due to changes in the way that insurance claims are processed, such as to support the HIPAA requirements and the Medicare requirements for paper claims.
Download the update: PMA users can obtain the latest version of the PMA program by double clicking on the PMAuser.EXE file name below. You will need a new product key which you obtain by calling PMA tech support at 520-297-1639.

The 'File Download' screen will pop up. Click on the 'Ok' button to save the file to your disk. Then the 'Save as' screen will pop up. Click on the down arrow in the 'Save In' box, then double click on the 'C:' icon and then on the 'PMA2000' folder icon. With the name 'PMA2000' in the 'Save in' box, click on the 'Save' button. This will start the file download, storing the file PMAuser.EXE into the PMA2000 folder on your computer.
Decompress the downloaded file: When the download is finished, Microsoft Internet Explorer will give you an opportunity to Run the downloaded program. Click Run to do so. Otherwise click on Start (in the lower left corner of your Desktop), then on Run and type in C:\PMA2000\PMAuser to decompress your download. The program will decompress the PMA files and then it will automatically run the PMA program so that you can enter your new product key.

Note: The PMAuser.EXE file is only for current users, it requires a previous installation of PMA. You will need a product key in order to use the update.
