The initial and ongoing license fees for using PMA varies according to the total number of patients, the number of providers, the use of electronic billing (EMC) and the number of patient visits per week.  There are no additional charges for work stations running PMA on a peer-to-peer network.

EMC (Electronic Media Claims) provides electronic billing capability either direct to the payer or through a clearinghouse.  Only the solo starter version is limited by the total number of patients in the database at any one time.  Non-profits receive a 33% discount off of the above prices.  Part time providers and billing services receive a 50% discount. 

The Annual Support Fee provides for unlimited technical support (our strong point) by phone or email, user requested changes to the program, user requested reports and program updates.  The Annual Support Fee, which is included in the initial price, is also based on the usage of the program.  PMA solo users should run the Client Visits Per Week Report to determine if they quality for a part timer annual support fee.
